Orders and digital proofs
When you submit an order enquiry, we prepare and email a digital proof displaying your logo, artwork, or text on the chosen product. A binding agreement is formed once you approve the digital proof and confirm production. Please review proofs with care, checking all spelling, dates, layouts, and colours, as products are printed exactly as approved.
Your artwork and intellectual property
By providing or uploading logos, images, or text, you warrant that you own or possess the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to reproduce the material. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, or is unlawful.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Quantity discount pricing applies per single design. Bulk quotes provided by email are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Invoices and payment instructions are provided upon digital proof approval.
Colours and product representation
On-screen representations and interactive previews are rendered as accurately as digital technology allows. Minor variations between digital screen displays (RGB) and physical print inks (CMYK) are standard in professional printing.
Delivery, returns and faults
For details on dispatch and returns, please see our Delivery & Returns page. As personalised items are made bespoke to your approved proof, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or damaged goods remain fully protected.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms and any contracts formed through this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
