Is there a minimum order?
You can order a single personalised keyring or magnet, or order in bulk. The more you order of one design, the lower the unit price. The total price updates live as you adjust the quantity in the studio.
Will I see my design before it’s printed?
Yes, absolutely. We email you a clear digital proof before anything goes to print. We only begin production once you have reviewed and approved your proof.
How long does production take?
Orders typically dispatch within 3–5 working days following proof approval. If you need your order for a specific event or date, let us know when ordering or message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.
Artwork
What file formats can I provide?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF files up to 20MB. Vector files (SVG or PDF) provide the sharpest logo results. For photos, higher resolution images ensure the best print quality.
I don’t have a high-res logo file. Can you help?
Yes! Send us what you have—even a photo of a uniform, sign, or business card—by email to info@borderkeyrings.co.uk or on WhatsApp, and our team will review it and guide you on what will look best.
Can I put different names on each keyring?
Yes. Each personalised design can be added as an individual item in your bag. For larger orders with a list of team or staff names, request a bulk quote or email us your list directly.
Delivery
How does delivery work?
We deliver throughout the UK using reliable courier and postal services. Delivery options and timings are confirmed with your order enquiry.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because every item is bespoke and made to order, personalised goods cannot be returned for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately and we will promptly replace or refund it.
Bulk
Do you offer bulk orders for businesses and clubs?

Can you match our brand colours?
We print in vibrant, high-fidelity full colour so your logo looks crisp and true to your brand. If you have specific brand colour guidelines or Pantone references, note them in your quote enquiry.
