Making your order
Every keyring and magnet is made to order. Once you place an enquiry or order, we prepare a digital proof showing your custom logo, text, or artwork on the product. Production begins once you have reviewed and approved your proof, with orders typically made and ready to dispatch within 3–5 working days.

UK delivery
We dispatch throughout the United Kingdom via reliable postal and courier services. Delivery options and timings are confirmed with your order enquiry and digital proof approval.
Outside the UK
Available on request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns & replacements
Because each item is custom made and personalised to your specifications, under UK consumer law bespoke products cannot be returned for a change of mind once approved and produced.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from the digital proof you approved, please notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will promptly put it right with a replacement or full refund.
